Vicki L. (Keen) Armstrong

Vicki L. Armstrong, 77, a 21 year resident of Pasadena, Maryland, died on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at her residence.

She was born on Thursday, December 5th, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Victor and Carrie Keen.  Mrs. Armstrong grew up in Pasadena, Maryland where she lived until 1965 when she moved to Chicago.  Later she lived in both Texas and Mississippi until she moved to Pittsburg prior to returning to her hometown of Pasadena, in 2003.  Mrs. Armstrong began her working career at NSA, she also worked at the University of Pittsburg in the research department when she lived in Pennsylvania until she moved back to Maryland and began working for Johns Hopkins until her retirement in the early 2000.  in her free time Vicki loved spending time with and caring for her dogs.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son Raymond "Lenny" L. Keil, Jr. and her daughter Lisa Pfab.

Mrs. Armstrong is survived by her husband of 18 years, Ronald Armstrong; her children Michelle Travis, Jaci Engel, Ashley Armstrong, and Ron Armstrong, Jr.; her brother Joseph Keen; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, September 12th, 2024  at Stallings Funeral Home Pasadena, Maryland from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm where funeral services will take place on Friday, September 13th, 2024 at 11:00 am.
