Verna L. (Ford) Lohn

Verna L. Lohn, 89, a lifelong resident of Maryland, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2024 in her home. 

Mrs. Lohn was born March 23, 1935 in Baltimore, MD to the late Vernon and Catherine Ford. She was a dedicated homemaker who would enjoy boating and taking rides with her husband on his motorcycle in her free time. She also loved dogs, especially Basset Hounds. She was a member of the Stoney Creek Senior Club as well as St. Jane Francis Catholic Church. 

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lohn was preceded in death by her son, Brian D. Lohn. She is survived by her loving husband of almost 70 years, Frederick C. Lohn; son, Frederick A. Lohn; brother, Vernon Ford; and grandchildren, Frederick A. Lohn and Emilie Lohn. 

A mass and Christian Burial will be held Friday, August 9th at Saint Jane Frances Catholic Church, 8499 Virginia Avenue, Riviera Beach, MD 21122. Interment will take place immediately following funeral services at Oaklawn Cemetery in Baltimore.
