Valentine Sanzo Obituary

Valentine J. Sanzo, 93, a 65 year resident of Pasadena, MD and formerly of Omaha, NE, died on October 12, 2020 at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

Mr. Sanzo was born on March 31, 1927 in Omaha, NE to the late Natale and Mary Felice Sanzo. He served in the United States Navy as a Merchant Seaman before returning home to start a 35 year career as a pipe fitter with Amoco Oil. After retiring, Valentine enjoyed fishing, gardening, working in the yard, repairing cars, and cooking - especially spaghetti. He will be dearly missed by his friends and family.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Sanzo is preceded in death by his daughter, Maria Dixon. He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Ann Sanzo; son, Victor Sanzo of Pasadena; daughter, Deborah Herbert and her husband, Chuck, of Pasadena; 4 grandchildren, Danielle Jones and her husband, Bill, Jason McMahon, Charlize Herbert, and D.J. Anderson; and 1 great-grandson, Ian McMahon.

Funeral services and interment are private.
