Tara "Savannah" Payne

Tara “Savannah” Payne, 26, a resident of Pasadena, MD, passed away unexpectedly on March 25, 2021.

Savannah was born on March 23, 1995 in Baltimore, MD to James Payne, Jr. and Suzanne Stopowski. She graduated from Winters Mill High School and most recently spent her Summers bartending in two of her favorite cities, Ocean City and Annapolis. Outside of work, Savannah loved visiting the beach and had a fascination with sharks. But, above all, she loved being around people – especially her friends and family.

Savannah is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Charlotte Hyre, and her step-grandparents. She is survived by her father and step-mother, James Payne, Jr. and Kelli Payne; mother and step-father, Suzanne Stopowski and John Stopowski; brother, Adam Stopowski; paternal grandparents, James Payne, Sr. and Dottie Payne; and a host of other family and friends who loved her dearly.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 31 at 11:00 a.m. at McGarvey's. Interment private.
