Obituary
Sudie Elizabeth Kisling, 91, a resident of Maryland for 71 years and formerly of Virginia, passed away Friday, August 11, 2023 in her son's home.
Mrs. Kisling was born May 3, 1932 in Shenandoah, VA to her late parents, James W. Lam and Loretta Lam. She worked as a Quality Control Inspector for Maryland Cup for 40 years until her retirement. She was a member of the Linthicum Heights Methodist Church and was active in the Lady's Auxiliary. Mrs. Kisling was dedicated to caring for her family and loved to cook. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, taking trips to Ocean City and reading. She was described as kind and was very generous with her time. She loved helping neighbors and cooking for the less fortunate.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kisling is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Kisling and brother's John Lam and Thomas Pendelton. She is survived by her children, Roy Lee Kisling and his wife Barbara, Kenneth W. Kisling and his wife Linda, Linda Faye Brown and her husband Marty; brother's, Pat Pendelton and Bob Pendelton; 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Services and interment are private.
