Shirley Jane (Wagner) Siemer

Shirley Jane Siemer, 74, a lifelong resident of Maryland, passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Sunrise of Severna Park. 

Mrs. Siemer was born September 13, 1949 in Baltimore, MD to the late Howard and Ethel Wagner. She was a dedicated homemaker who loved her family and her pets. Her hobbies included crafting, needlework, painting, boating and swimming. In her younger years, she enjoyed horseback riding and taking trips with her husband in their Corvette. They would often travel to their "retreat" in Berkely Springs, WV to get away and spend time together. She was described as being a very gentle and kind spirit who was easy to get along with and had no trouble making friends. Above all, Mrs. Siemer loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be missed. 

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Siemer is preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Ritchie" Siemer. She is survived by her children, Eric Siemer and his wife Marcella and Kirsten Siemer-Mitchell; brother, Skip Wagner and his wife Marlene and grandchildren Mackenzie and Will Mitchell. 

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday the 28th at 11:00 at Granite Baptist Church 7823 Oakwood Rd, Glen Burnie 21061.
