Ronald Sheffield, Sr.

Ronald L.Sheffield, Sr., 75, a 43 year resident of Pasadena died on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

He was born on March 21, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Edward and Marie Sheffield. Mr. Sheffield was a materials handler for Mack Truck for 33 years, retiring in 2011. In his free time he enjoyed watching sports especially baseball and lacrosse as he played those sports when he was younger. He was also an avid 49ers fan. Mr. Sheffield also liked to watch his grandson race cars.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers George Sheffield and Melvin Sheffield.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Connie Sheffield, his sons Ron Sheffield, Jr and his wife Liz. and Michael Sheffield and his wife Tricia; his brother Roy (Juggy) Sheffield; and his grandchildren Abigail Sheffield, Connor Sheffield, Garrett Sheffield, Taylor Byrd and Brandon Lauterbach, great grandchildren Gracie and Maddie Byrd, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, February 20, 2023 from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Stallings Funeral Home where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 11:00 am.
