Rocco George Farrell

Rocco George Farrell, 79, a lifelong resident of Maryland, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024 in his home. 

Mr. Farrell was born November 6, 1944 in Baltimore, MD to the late George and Doris Farrell. He served honorably in the US Navy and went on to work for the shipyard for 21 years. He then worked as a dispatcher for a forklift company until his retirement after over 15 years of service. He was associated with the Church of Crucifixion until they closed. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling with his wife and their group of friends all over the Country. He was the type of man who never met a stranger and was very outgoing. He enjoyed making friends everywhere he went. He will be missed. 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Farrell is preceded in death by his brother Leonard George Farrell and sister Eleanor Farrell. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary Farrell; sons Brian Farrell (Tracey) and Jason Farrell (April); brother George Leonard Farrell; grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Julie and Reghan. 

Friends may call Monday, April 1st from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 where a service will be held Tuesday, April 2nd at 11:30 am. Interment at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery immediately following funeral services.
