Robert Herman Hackenburg, 87, a 28 year resident of Pasadena and formerly of New Jersey, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021 at Cridge Assisted Living in Severn.

Mr. Hackenburg was born July 28, 1933 in Summit, NJ to the late Herman and Ivy Hackenburg. He served honorably in the US Navy during the Korean War. In his later years, he ended up working in the VW Hospital as a patient care transporter until his retirement. A man of simple pleasures, Mr. Hackenburg enjoyed relaxing in his free time as well as tending to his yard and house repairs.
