Rick Doyle Fisher Sr., a beloved member of the Pasadena community, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on Sunday, September 17th, 1961, in the bustling city of Baltimore, Maryland, Rick was a man known for his distinct voice and passion for life.
Rick was the cherished son of Annamay Fisher of Pasadena, MD, and the late Jimmy D. Fisher. Throughout his life, he was a devoted mechanic, renowned for his skill and dedication to his craft. His work was both his livelihood and a source of joy, allowing him to contribute significantly to his community.
A man of many interests, Rick found solace and happiness in fishing and spending time outdoors. His love for nature was matched only by his penchant for speaking his mind. Ricky's forthrightness and candid nature left lasting impressions on all who knew him.
Rick is survived by his loving mother, Annamay Fisher, his son, Ricky Fisher Jr., his daughter, Samantha Ann Fisher, and his sister, Deborah Schurman. He was also the proud grandfather of four grandchildren.
Rick was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy D. Fisher, and his daughter, Christina Ann Fisher, who now welcome him into eternal rest.
Rick's legacy is one of honesty, hard work, and a love for life’s simple pleasures. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who were fortunate to have known him.
Friends and family may visit on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Stallings Funeral Home where a service will begin at Noon followed by interment at Crestlawn Cemetery.
