Randolph "Randy" M. Neal, Sr., 54, a 22 year resident of Glen Burnie and formerly of Baltimore died on May 4, 2020 at his residence.

He was born on May 22, 1965 in New York to Dolores and the late George Lloyd Neal. He was baptized and received his first communion at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Glen Burnie.

Mr. Neal was a loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed his dog Brock and was also an avid Ravens and Georgia State Bulldogs fan.

In addition to his mother Mr. Neal is survived by his wife of 33 years, Nichole Neal; his children, Brittany Phillips and her husband Sean, Alisha, Randolph Jr., and Matt Neal; and his grandchildren, Aaliyah, Keegan, Jeffery, Jr., and Brayann.

Services and interment are private.
