Philip Gawronski, a long-time resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 19th, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on July 9th, 1958, in Baltimore, Maryland, Philip spent his early years in Lansdowne before making Glen Burnie his home for the past 40 years.
Philip enjoyed a successful career as a sales representative, first working with Wareheim Airbrakes before continuing his profession with Peter Springs. Known for his dedication and hard work, Philip forged strong relationships with his colleagues and clients, who valued his commitment and integrity.
Outside of his professional life, Philip was an enthusiastic and avid golfer. He loved his time on the greens with the Medfield Golf League, where he formed many lasting friendships. Philip's zest for life was also evident in his passion for riding motorcycles with his friends—a hobby that brought him much joy and adventure.
Philip is survived by his loving family, including his daughter, Danielle Wiley and her husband Darell, his brother Dennis Gawronski, his sister Pam Singley, and his brother-in-law Joseph Jones and his wife Mary. He was a proud grandfather to Peyton Wiley and Amie Wiley, and a cherished uncle to many. His beloved wife, Peggy Gawronski, as well as his parents Chester F. Gawronski and Regina Gawronski, preceded him in death.
Services will be held at a later date, please check back for details. The Gawronski family invites those who knew Philip to remember him through donations to a charity of your choice, in lieu of flowers.
Philip Gawronski touched many lives with his kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering spirit. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends, as well as all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His memory will forever remain in our hearts.
