It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Peggy Ann Gawronski, who left this world on October 6, 2024, at Accent Care in Harbor Hospital. Born December 17, 1951 in Pennsylvania, Peggy moved to Maryland in 1968, where she built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Peggy dedicated 20 years of her life to BJ's, where she was known for her work ethic. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she was a woman of many passions. She found joy in playing BINGO, immersing herself in gripping murder mysteries, and taking motorcycle rides. Peggy also loved visiting the casino, where her adventurous spirit could truly shine.
Above all, Peggy treasured the time spent with her family, who were the center of her universe. Described by those who knew her as sweet, kind, and caring, she was always ready to lend a helping hand and would do anything for anyone. Her generous spirit and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Stella Jones. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Philip Gawronski; step-daughter, Danielle Wiley; siblings, Robert Jones, Jr., Joseph A. Jones and Susan Pyle; sister-in-law, Pamela Singley; brother-in-law, Dennis Gawronski; grandchildren, Peyton Wiley, Aime Wiley and niece, Tina Walker.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday October 24th at 11:00am at Meadowridge Memorial Park 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075.
