Paul V. Upperman, Jr.

Paul "Doodles" V. Upperman, Jr., 86, a 47 year resident of Pasadena and formerly of South Baltimore, MD, died on July 15, 2021 at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

Mr. Upperman was born on April 14, 1935 in Baltimore, MD to the late Paul Sr. and Mildred Upperman. He served honorably in the U.S. Army and worked for many years as a Die Setter at J.E. Smith. After retiring, Paul enjoyed fishing, crabbing, boating around the Chesapeake Bay, and growing vegetables in his garden.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Upperman is preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Chenowith. He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Anna G. Upperman; brothers, John and Charles Upperman, both of Baltimore; and sisters, Madalene Kirby of Baltimore, Helen McLucas of Pasadena, and Geraldine Bentley of Baltimore.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, July 22 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122 and on Friday, July 23 from 10-11 a.m. at Grace of God Fellowship Christian Center, 8302 Elvaton Rd, Millersville, MD 21108 where funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
