Patricia "Pat" Wilhelmina Green, 81, a longtime resident of Pasadena, MD and formerly of Baltimore, died on August 20, 2020 at the Glen Burnie Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Green was born on January 9, 1939 in Baltimore, MD to the late Andrew and Gloria Gersey. She was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed completing crossword puzzles, crocheting, and singing in the choir at Magothy United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Green is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 31 years, Norman E. Green; her brother, Andrew Gersey; and sisters, Cecilia Robbins and Sherry Lewis. She is survived by her sons, James Pridgeon of Newville, PA, Gary W. Pridgeon of Arnold, and Jay G. Pridgeon of Pasadena; brother, John C. Gersey of Howard County; sister, Anna Muir of Glen Burnie; 4 grandchildren, Jeremy Buckland, Jimmy Pridgeon, Ryan Pridgeon, and Gary Pridgeon, Jr; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, August 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd. Pasadena, MD 21122 where funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville. Please be aware that, due to county-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, Stallings Funeral Home is only allowing 35 people in the building at a time and face coverings must be worn while inside. Also, the Maryland Veterans Cemetery is only allowing 24 people to enter and face covering must be worn as well.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
