Pamela 'Grace' Ann (Kulp) Smith

Pamela Ann Smith, born on December 4, 1958, in Baltimore, Maryland, peacefully passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 66. She was a cherished resident of Pasadena, Maryland, for the past 21 years, where she touched many lives with her kindness and warmth.

Pamela was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who brought joy and love to her family and friends. She is survived by her beloved husband of over 31 years, Richard Smith, and her daughters, Brandy Biddle, married to Shane Lane, and Rachel Hill, married to Justin Hill. She is also lovingly remembered by her sister, Beth Garlick; her grandchildren, Skyler Lane, Kaylie Biddle, Bella Biddle, Josie Hill, and Paislee Hill; and her great-grandchild, Jaxson Lane.

Pamela was predeceased by her parents, Russell Kulp Sr. and Evelyn Kulp, who always held a special place in her heart.

A proud graduate of Southern High School in 1977, Pamela worked as a traffic surveyor and later devoted herself to being a homemaker. She was actively involved in her community, being a member of the American Legion Post #276 and a past member of the Severn Elks. Her passions included riding motorcycles with her husband, indulging in Amish fiction, and especially enjoying the beauty of the Smokey Mountains. Her greatest joy came from spending cherished moments with her grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to honor Pamela’s memory at the Stallings Funeral Home in Pasadena, Maryland. Visitation hours will be held on Monday, February 17, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm.

Pamela will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her loving spirit and the countless memories she created will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have shared in her life. She will forever remain in our hearts.
