Nikki Casper Obituary

Nichole Danielle Casper (Dunleavy), affectionately known by all as Nikki, was 35 at the time of her passing. Originally from Pasadena, Maryland, Nikki established her home and family in Myrtle Beach, SC in 2017. She was tragically taken from this earth on August 29, 2023 in Myrtle Beach, SC due to an automobile accident.

Nikki was born to Phyllis Quillet (Dunleavy) on March 6, 1988 in Baltimore, MD. She grew up in Pasadena, MD and had many fond childhood memories, surrounded by family in the neighborhood of Silver Sands. She was raised with her brother, Billy Nichols who she always called “Bird”. She attended Anne Arundel County Public Schools, graduating in 2006 from Northeast High School.
Nikki began working at a young age and always enjoyed a hustle. There was no one that worked harder and pushed themselves to learn new skills than Nikki. She broke into the real estate market in her early 20’s excelling as an agent and later a mortgage processor. She purchased her first home at 18 years old. She worked hard to always help others achieve their dream of home ownership and offered countless hours of support and service to friends in the community.

Through the years Nikki faced many obstacles and battled them fiercely. She welcomed her first child, Sophia Casper into the world on March 29, 2016 and instantly fell in love. She was married on November 25, 2017 to Thomas Casper Jr. and they continued to grow their family welcoming Thomas Casper III on March 13, 2018. In Myrtle Beach, SC Nikki transitioned from the real estate world to the financial market, specializing in credit repair and tax preparation. She helped countless friends to maximize available benefits and continued to develop her business into the corporate market. When Nikki put her mind to something, she was driven and committed. This showed through in many aspects of her life. She had a resilient spirit and a sense of humor that kept you on your toes. Nikki was loved by many, family and friends.

Nikki was preceded in death by several family members and friends through the years however, the loss of her grandparents, Franny Dunleavy and Viola “Boobie” Coppage were especially difficult for her.
