Nancy (Root) Teal

Nancy Teal, 89, a resident of Maryland for 70 years, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, December 10, 2023 from Accent Care at Harbor Hospital. 

Mrs. Teal was born September 13, 1934 in Baltimore, MD to the late Robert and Nancy Root. She was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family, doing jigsaw puzzles, cooking and baking. She was known to many for her delicious holiday meals and desserts, especially her homemade Christmas cakes and cookies. Mrs. Teal spent months designing her extensive collection of Christmas Carol Department 56 Villages.  

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Teal is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Joseph Teal, son Michael Gull, and granddaughter Lauren Gull. She is survived by her children, Robert Gull and his wife Mitzi, William Gull and his wife Janet, and Brian Gull; grandchildren, Sheila Rosskopf and her husband Michael, Michael Gull, Erica Brown and her husband Christopher, Joseph Golczynski and his wife Nicole, Jared Gull and his wife Julia, Mitchell Gull and his wife Heather, Jacob Gull and his fiancée Sydney, Kelly Richards and her husband Brian, 13 great grandchildren, and her sister Roberta Nance.
