Monica Heilman Obituary

Monica Heilman, a cherished resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025, at the age of 53. Born in Baltimore on Wednesday, May 19th, 1971, Monica spent her entire life enriching the Glen Burnie community with her warmth and kindness.

Monica was a proud graduate of Glen Burnie High School, Class of 1989. Following her high school achievements, she pursued a career in accounting at Anne Arundel Community College. Professionally, Monica distinguished herself as a dedicated accountant, first contributing her talents to the National Security Agency (NSA) and later with Fire-Mak. 

A former member of Glen Lutheran, Monica was deeply committed to her faith and community. Known for her love of animals, especially her beloved dog Tater, Monica's compassion extended to all creatures great and small. A Mickey Mouse enthusiast, Monica's whimsical spirit brought joy and laughter to those around her. She was also a loving mother and shared a passion for music with her daughter, often enjoying the tunes of Lady GaGa together.

Monica had a culinary talent and was known for her delicious meals that brought family and friends together, making her kitchen the heart of her home.

She is survived by her adoring mother, Maureen Beever; her beloved daughter, Hailey Heilman; and her brother, Patrick Beever Jr. Monica joins in repose her dear father, Patrick Beever Sr., who preceded her in death.
