Michael S. Fissell

Michael S. Fissell, Jr., 46, a lifelong resident of Maryland, passed away suddenly Saturday, October 14, 2023. 

Mr. Fissell was born February 9, 1977 in Baltimore, MD to Michael S. Fissell, Sr. and the late Brenda Schindler. Mr. Fissell worked as a service technician for Thompson Gas for 2 and a half years. He was a handyman and was the type of person who never met a stranger. He was outgoing and extremely kind. Above all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his children. He enjoyed hosting cookouts and making food for his family and friends. He will be sorely missed. 

Mr. Fissell is survived by his father, Michael S. Fissell, Sr.; wife of 11 years, Kristine Fissell; children, Alexia Fissell and Benjamin Fissell; step-daughter Robyn-Anne; siblings Bruce Fissell, Tammy Ringler, and step-siblings, Mark Schindler, Jr. and Shannon Schindler. 

Friends may call Friday, October 20th from 3-4 pm at Abundant Life Church, 7305 E. Furnace Branch Road, Glen Burnie, MD 21060 where a service will being at 4:00 pm. Interment is private.
