Melinda - Lena (Muller) Trapp

Melinda - Lena Trapp, 96, a lifelong resident of Linthicum, Maryland who split her time in Port Charlotte, Florida died on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at Complete Care at Severna Park.

She was born on Friday, February 24th, 1928 in Raynor Heights, Maryland to the late Frederick and Bessie Muller. Mrs. Trapp was a bottler for Calvert Distillery for over 40 years, retiring in 1987. In her free time she enjoyed playing bingo, reading, and sitting in the sunshine. Mrs. Trapp was a member of the Ladies Moose #110, the Eastern Star Odenton Chapter and the Ferndale Community Club.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Elwood G Trapp Sr.

Mrs. Trapp is survived by her children Dora Atkinson, Patti Dyson, Elwood "Sonny" Trapp Jr. and his wife Sheila, and Melinda Russell and her husband Tim; her 6 grandchildren Gail, Janine, Julie, Jodi, Jeff, and Wayne; 19 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, July 1st, 2024 at Stallings Funeral Home Pasadena, Maryland from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm where funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024 at 10:00 am. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
