Mary I. (Rennie) Richards

Mary I. Richards, 78 a lifelong resident of Severna Park died on February 13, 2021 at her grandsons residence in Pasadena.

She was born on May 18, 1942 in Severna Park, MD to the late James and Alice Rennie.

Mrs. Richards worked in RV/Campers sales for 10 years before become a billing clerk for Wagners for over 20 years.

She was a member of the Elks in Severna Park.

She loved animals, playing board games, working puzzles, traveling, visiting, and volunteering for Partners in Care.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Glenville R. Richards, Sr., her sons Glenville R. Richards, Jr. and Ray A. Richards, and her brother Walter Poulsen, and her granddaughter Kelly Richards.

Mrs. Richards is survived by her son Dennis W. Richards, Sr., her daughters Miriam Hairsine and Tina Bryant, 8 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.

Friends may visit on Thursday(February 18th) from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A.  where funeral services will be held on Friday (February 19th) at 11:00 AM.  as well as streamed at the bottom of this obituary page and on Stallings Funeral Home's Facebook page (click HERE). Interment private. 

Please be aware that, due to county-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, Stallings Funeral Home is only allowing 60 people in the building at a time and face coverings must be worn while inside.
