Mary E. Redding, 88, a lifelong resident of Pasadena, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 in her home.
Mrs. Redding was born October 17, 1932 in Baltimore, MD to the late Charles and Anna Lusby. She worked as a Clerk for the Department of Motor Vehicles until her retirement in 1994 after 19 years of service. Mrs. Redding attended and was an active member of St. Jane Frances Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Redding is preceded in death by her husband Millard L. Redding and son Wayne M. Carey. She is survived by her sons David F. Carey and his wife Sharon of Pasadena, MD, Kenneth R. Carey and his wife Michele of Glen Burnie, MD, sister Dolores Brown of Glen Burnie, MD, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Friends may call Friday, September 24th from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 where a service will be held Saturday, September 25th at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place immediately following services at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
