Mary Margaret McKinnon

Mary Margaret McKinnon, 84, a lifelong resident of Pasadena, MD, died on Monday, August 21, 2023 at Assisted Living Well in Millersville, MD.

She  was born on June 12th, 1939 in Carvel Beach, Maryland.

Mrs. McKinnon was a homemaker and childcare provider for her grandchildren and many other families throughout her life.  She was a devout Catholic attending St. Jane Frances, Christ the King and Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Churches during her lifetime.  Mary loved all animals and had many dogs and cats at different times.  She also enjoyed feeding the birds and rabbits that would visit her lush yard.

Mrs. McKinnon is preceded in death by her husband of 14 years, David P. McKinnon; father Roland J. Abrams; her mother Mary L. Bruce; and her siblings Patricia Smith, Lee Bruce, III and Roland Abrams, Jr.  She is survived by her children: Cindy Smith and her husband Francis, Carlo Reitober Jr., William Reitober and his wife Tammy, and Karen Harrison; as well as her brother Edward Abrams; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit on Monday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Stallings Funeral Home where funeral services will take place on Tuesday at 9:30 am .
