Martha 'Dee' LaBeau Obituary

Martha LaBeau, a beloved homemaker and cherished member of the Pasadena, Maryland community, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on March 15, 1946, Martha was deeply loved and respected by her family and friends.

Martha grew up in Maryland and graduated from Glen Burnie High School, after which she dedicated her life to nurturing her family and creating a warm and loving home. Known for her exceptional culinary skills, Martha took great joy in cooking and welcoming loved ones into her home with the aroma of her delicious meals. Her door was always open, and her kitchen was the heart of her family's gatherings.

Martha found immense joy in her family. Her unwavering loyalty to her loved ones was evident in every aspect of her life. She was the widow of Alfred LaBeau, with whom she shared many joyful years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her dear mother, Annemaria M. Huber, her father George Huber and her precious daughter, Pebbles Beatty.

Martha is survived by her devoted son, George LaBeau, and grandchildren Phillip LaBeau, Brittany Sinclair, Jack LaBeau, and Megan LaBeau. Her legacy also includes her beloved great-grandchildren, Lucas LaBeau and Emily Sinclair. Her loving spirit is reflected in the lives of her survivors, who carry forward her values of love and togetherness.

Martha's passions extended beyond her family to her pets; she adored her dog, Gizzy, and her cat, Bella, who were faithful companions and brought her endless joy.

A visitation will be held at Stallings Funeral Home in Pasadena, Maryland, on Saturday, April 26, 2025, with an afternoon session from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and an evening session from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Her funeral service will also be held at Stallings Funeral Home on the same day at 8:00 pm, officiated by her son, George LaBeau.

In honor of Martha's life, the family invites those who knew and loved her to join them in celebrating her enduring spirit and the love she shared so generously throughout her life. She will be dearly missed but always remembered in the hearts of those who loved her.
