Margaret M. Bradley, 96, a resident of Pasadena for over 74 years, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 in her home.
Mrs. Bradley was born January 25, 1925 in Baltimore, MD to the late James and Edith Fitzsimmons. She worked as a Nurse in the ER for North Arundel Hospital until her retirement in 1977. She was a Ladies Auxiliary member of the VFW 2462 in Bayside Beach Road as well as a member of the American Legion Post 175 in Severna Park. She also was a part of the Arundelairs of Annapolis and was a member of several senior groups. A devout Catholic, she was a part of Saint Jane Frances Catholic Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, collecting dolls, playing cards, Scrabble and Bingo.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bradley is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Clifton L. Bradley and 11 siblings. She is survived by her sons Daniel W. Bradley, Sr. of Pasadena, MD, Clifton E. Bradley of North Carolina, daughters Sallie M. Long of Dundalk, MD, Marian L. Miller of Dundalk, MD, Donna M. Ford of Delaware, Peggy A. Williams of Glen Burnie, MD, Karen L. Malott of Pasadena, MD, 3 sisters, 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
Friends may call Thursday, September 9th from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 where a service will be held Friday, September 10th at 11:00 am. Interment will be held Monday, September 13th at 11:30 at Crownsville Veteran's Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD 21032.
