Lynn Maryed Parsons

Lynn Maryed Parsons, 80, a lifelong resident of Pasadena, MD., died on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

She was born on Wednesday, November 10th, 1943 in Baltimore, MD to the late Mary F. Fludd and John Edward Fludd. Mrs. Parsons graduated from Towson State University in 1965 and went on to teach physical education. She lovingly raised 3 girls and her husband. In her free time she enjoyed playing  games, especially scrabble, charades, word games, and canasta. 

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Mary Sharp.  She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jim Parsons; her daughters Jana Parsons (Julie Wooden), Carrie Miller (Scott Miller),  Jamie Skorobatsch (Daniel Dunkerly); her brother Barry Fludd (The Late Micki Fludd),; her grandchildren Nick, Zack, Adam, Laura, Isabelle, Kale, Maxx, and Jorja; and her great granddaughter Hailey.

Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, April 16th, 2024  at Stallings Funeral Home Pasadena, Maryland from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm where funeral services will take place on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024 at 11:00 am. Interment to immediately follow at Mount Carmel Methodist Church Cemetery.
