Lynn K. Babington

Lynn K. Babington, 80, a 45 year resident of Pasadena, MD, died on January 13, 2021 at Spring Arbor Senior Living of Severna Park.

Mrs. Babington was born on February 10, 1940 in Baltimore, MD to the late Charles and Katherine Efford. She had a long and successful career with several different companies, including 15 years as a business partner for Arundel Liquors and many more years serving as a bank teller and sales clerk at Macy's. Outside of work, Lynn enjoyed making Christmas and birthday cards, sewing, doing crafts, and watching and feeding wild birds, especially hummingbirds. She was also a dedicated member of Community United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Babington is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Lloyd "Wootsie" Babington; son, Alvin "Al" Babington and his wife, Janet; daughter, Gayle Beck and her husband, Charles; brother, Michael Efford; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit on Sunday, January 17 from 3:00-5:00 and 7:30-9:00 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122 where a funeral service will begin at 7:30 p.m. The visitation will continue after the service concludes. Interment private.

Please be aware that, due to county-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, Stallings Funeral Home is only allowing 40 people in the building at a time and face coverings must be worn while inside.
