Linda Suzanne Rathell (1948-2024)

Linda Suzanne Rathell, known affectionately as Lynn or Mommom, passed away on October 6th, 2024, in Glen Burnie, MD at the age of 76. She was born on September 5th 1948, in Steubenville, Ohio to Ruby B. Corle Ickes and Reverend Alvin J. Ickes.

Linda is survived by her loving husband Henry Raymond Rathell; her siblings Dennis Ickes, John Ickes, Charles Ickes and Gail Ickes; children Tracy Petraitis Agro, Todd Petraitis, and Timothy Petraitis; stepchildren Chrissy Malloy, and Sharon Fabula; grandchildren Taylor Johansen, Torrye Petraitis, Samuel Agro, Emma Agro, Daniel Brack, and Travis Petraitis; and great-grandchild Remi Johansen. She is also survived by a large and loving family including countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mommom leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and unwavering strength that will continue to pass down generations. She is preceded in death by her parents and her stepdaughter Debbie Russell who have now welcomed her with open arms.

The viewing and service to celebrate Linda’s life will be held on Monday, October 14th, 2024. The viewing will begin at 1:00pm, followed by the service at 4:00pm, both taking place at Stallings Funeral Home, located at 3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122.
