Lillian ”Gale” Tayman, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, after a long battle due to complications from a stroke. Gale was born in Salem, NJ on May 4 1938 and resided in Pasadena, MD most of her life.
She worked in the travel industry for 50 years, starting her career at Friendship International Airport, now known as Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Airport (BWI). After leaving the airport, she became a well-known travel agent in the Annapolis, MD area, working for many well-known Travel agencies in the Annapolis area.
Gale’s career took her all over the world, where she was able to experience some amazing locations, which she shared with her clients, family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, baking, travelling and roller skating. She was also an avid Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan.
Preceded in death by her parents, Francis “Bucky” Conover, Eleanor and Grover Hogate, and brother, Francis “Boe” Conover.
Her beautiful life will be forever cherished in the lives of her loving children, son Rick Tayman, son Dennis Tayman, and his wife, Renee, daughter, Kim Abell and her husband, Mike, son Paul Archibald and his wife, Michelle. Loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, grandson, Ben Abell, granddaughter, Lindsay Tayman, and great grandson, Braden, grandson, DJ Tayman, and his wife Kate and great grandson, Cooper, great granddaughters, Kayla and Caroline, grandsons, Erik and Adam Serio, Luke and Josh Archibald, brother Zeke Conover and sister, Dolores Campbell.

There will be a private Celebration of Life on October 3, 2020 at her daughter’s house.
