LeRoy A. Freburger, 74, a 50 year resident of Pasadena died on July 15, 2021 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.
He was born on June 17, 1947 in Maryland to the late Paulina and Thomas E. Freburger.
Mr. Freburger graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1966 and was then drafted in the US Army where he served honorably until 1970 and then served an additional 10 years in the reserves. After his service in the military Mr. Freburger attended Penn State University, graduating with his Bachelors Degree in 1974.
He worked as a sprinkler fitter for 50 years retiring in 2018.
LeRoy coached baseball, football and softball for his childrens teams. He also enjoyed taking care of his fish and gardens and helping others.
Mr. Freburger is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sandra Freburger, his children Beth Galloway and her husband Tate, Tim Freburger, and Jennifer Bowie, his brother Leonard Freburger, his grandchildren; Arynn, Storm, Lauryn, Allisyn, Reed, Hunter, and Luke, his great grandsons Tanner and Forrest who is due to be born in September.
Friends may visit on Wednesday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM.
