Kathleen Myers Obituary

Kathleen Teresa Myers, a cherished resident of Pasadena, MD, for over 60 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025, at the age of 80. Born in Baltimore, Maryland on October 3rd, 1944, Kathleen brought warmth, laughter, and kindness to all who knew her and left a lasting impact on her family and community.

Kathleen's life was marked by her dedication and service. After graduating from Glen Burnie High School in 1962, she embarked on a long and fulfilling career as an executive administrator. She devoted over 45 years of exemplary service to the Maryland Transportation Authority Police, retiring in 2019. Her colleagues admired her commitment, professionalism, and infectious sense of humor.

Outside of her professional life, Kathleen was a vibrant and active member of her community. In her younger years, she enjoyed being part of the bowling team at Sandusky's, where she formed lifelong friendships. Kathleen also found joy in karaoke, reading, watching "Jeopardy," and shopping. However, her greatest love and joy came from spending time with her children and her grandchildren, who were always her top priority.

Kathleen is survived by her loving family: her sons, Robert M. Myers and his wife Jennifer, and William E. Myers and his wife Lynne; her daughter, Michelle Mech; her brother, William E. Clark, Jr.; her sister, Judy A. Clark; as well as eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Kathleen's legacy of love, strength, and kindness will continue to live on through them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Edward Clark and Kathleen Teresa Clark, who instilled in her the values of love, resilience, and service that guided her throughout her life.

Visiting will take place Saturday, June 21st from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 where a memorial service will begin at 12 pm. The family encourages donations in Kathleen's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, reflecting her generous spirit and love for children.

Kathleen Teresa Myers will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her warm smile and compassionate heart touched the lives of many, and her spirit will forever be etched in our hearts.
