Obituary

John "Phil" Wallace, 81, a 38 year resident of Pasadena, died on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

He was born on Tuesday, October 21st, 1941 in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Rodney Boyd Wallace and Margaret Kathalyn Wallace.  Mr. Wallace served honorably in the US Air Force from 1961 until 1965.  He was an installer for AT&T, formerly Lucent Technologies for over 40 years until his retirement in 2011.  Mr. Wallace loved all sports both watching the games and playing but he especially loved baseball and basketball.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his 1st wife Blanche Harrison, his son Mark Wallace, and his sister Kitty DeBord.

Mr. Wallace is survived by his children Michael Wallace and Janet Rivera, his step-children Amber Burke and Monty Paxton, his siblings Eddie Wallace and Steve Wallace, his grandchildren; Allie Fuell (Brian), Monica Vandergrift (Brian), Olivia Knapp, and Luke Knapp, and his great grandchild Kellen Fuell and his former wife Alice Stahl.
