John Wayne Kuhl, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, in Pasadena, Maryland. He was born on September 25th, 1945, in Baltimore, Maryland. John leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him.

John is survived by his devoted wife, Delores Kuhl; his loving daughters, Joanne Ford and her spouse Tim Ford and Sherry Corson; and his adored grandchildren: Stacie, Sammi and her spouse Ashley, TJ, Rocky and his spouse Tina. He also leaves behind six great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life. John was preceded in death by his parents, William and Elizabeth Kuhl, and his nine siblings, who have all welcomed him home with open arms.

From a young age, John found profound joy in family, dedicating his life to being a caring and present patriarch. In his professional journey, John thrived in his career, most notably at TD Rowe, where his charisma and commitment were always evident.

A true homebody, John delighted in the simple pleasures of life. Whether cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, immersing himself in classic westerns, or collecting cherished cars, his interests were varied and sincere. Above all, he treasured his time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and loved sharing fishing on the Elk River in West Virginia with them and his beloved Delores.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate John’s life at Stallings Funeral Home in Pasadena, Maryland. Visitation services will be held on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will follow on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of John’s courageous spirit and in remembrance of his unwavering positivity and strength throughout life’s challenges.

John Wayne Kuhl was a man of integrity, humor, and kindness. He touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His memory will be cherished by his family and friends, and his legacy will continue to spread warmth and inspiration to future generations.
