Obituary
John F. Edmonds, Sr., 87, of Severna Park, MD died May 8, 2022 at Hospice of the Chesapeake.
Surviving family includes his wife of 67 years, Annette Edmonds, and children Victoria Williams, and her husband John Williams, son John F. Edmonds, Jr and his wife Laura Edmonds; daughter Norma Fawthrop and her husband Kit Fawthrop; He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Kathleen A. Edmonds. He’s known as Pop to his seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
John served as a machinist mate in the U.S. Navy and upon his honorable discharge worked for Westinghouse Electric. He also worked on the Bay Bridge as a construction supervisor and later as supervisor for Anne Arundel County Parks and Recreation.
Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Stallings Funeral Home where funeral services will take place at 11:30 am. Interment will follow at the Baltimore National Cemetery in Catonsville.
