Joanna Frith Obituary

Joanna Irene Frith, 86, a resident of Pasadena and formerly of Brooklyn Park, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020 at the Waugh Chapel Center.

Mrs. Frith was born August 10, 1934 in Whitehall Township, PA to the late Clarence and Anna Butz. She worked for the State of Maryland until her retirement in 1999. She was passionate about gardening, enjoyed trips to the beach and loved eating crabs. Above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Frith is preceded in death by her husband Alfred Frith and brother James Butz. She is survived by her sons Clinton Frith and his wife Valentina, Kenneth Frith, Kevin Frith, daughters Cynthia Sauthoff and her husband Steve, Charlene DeMali and her husband Tony, brothers Richard Butz, Robert Butz, Donald Butz, Dennis Butz, sister Linda Silkworth, grandchildren David Frith, Anders Sauthoff, Erik Sauthoff, Tony DeMali, Emily DeMali and great grandchildren Alex and Landon.

Services and interment are private and will not be open to the public. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the service will also not be livestreamed as originally planned. However, a recording of the graveside service will be posted on the obituary page and the Stallings Funeral Home's Facebook page (click HERE) after the conclusion of services.
