Joan "Skip" Mary Brooke-Roloson

Joan "Skip" Mary Brooke-Roloson, 80, a 15 year resident of Glen Burnie and formerly of Odenton, MD, died at her home on June 17, 2021.

Mrs. Brooke-Roloson was born on March 7, 1941 in Queens, NY to the late Joseph and Jeanne Savercool. She worked as a Registered Nurse for the Federal Government for over 25 years before retiring in the late 1990s. In her spare time, Skip enjoyed watching soap operas. She was also a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Glen Burnie.

Mrs. Brooke-Roloson is survived by her beloved husband, James Roloson, whom she recently married in 2019; 2 sons, Ron and Steve Brooke; brother, Dien Savercool; and 2 grandchildren, Phillip and Josephine.

Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, June 22 from 6-8 p.m. at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church (formerly Holy Trinity), 7436 B & A Blvd., Glen Burnie Maryland 21061. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton, MD.
