Jerry L. Payne, 75, a lifetime resident of Pasadena, Maryland, died on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at his home.
Mr. Payne was born on Friday, July 5th, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Marvin Lee Payne and Agnes V. Payne. He served for 42 years as a Foreman with BG&E.
