Jeffrey "Jeff" Grant Stutzman

Jeffrey "Jeff" Grant Stutzman, 49, a lifelong resident of Pasadena, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020 in his home. 

Mr. Stutzman was born February 9, 1971 in Baltimore, MD to Betty Rudloff and the late John Stutzman. He attended Chesapeake High School and graduated in 1989. He worked as an Equipment Operator for Stutzco Construction with his family. He was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church. Mr. Stutzman was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and crabbing and was also well versed in Martial Art's where he earned his Black Belt. Many would describe him as the "life of the party" and enjoyed being in his company. 

In addition to his father, Mr. Stutzman is preceded in death by his brother Robert Rudloff, Jr. He is survived by his mother Betty Rudloff, step father Robert Rudloff, Sr., fiance Suzie Bearden, her  parents Lou and Kathy Bearden, brothers John Stutzman, Billy Stutzman, Ryan Rudloff, 3 nieces and many cousins. 

Friends may visit Friday, July 17th from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Services are private.  Please be aware that, due to county-mandated COVID-19 restrictions, Stallings Funeral Home is only allowing 35 people in the building at a time and face coverings must be worn while inside.
