Janice Monk Obituary
Janice A. Monk, 79, a 20 year resident of Pasadena and formerly of Gambrills died on January 1, 2021 at Hospice of the Chesapeake.
She was born on March 28, 1941 in Baltimore, MD to the late James A. and Mary Audrey Stevenson (nee Smith).
Mrs. Monk worked as an Administrator in the trucking industry and completed her career in the Home Care Industry.
She enjoyed being a mom and a grandma and in her spare time she liked to garden.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 24 years Donald H. Monk, and her son David A. DiDonato.
She is survived by her son Robert DiDonato, Jr., her daughter Tamara DiDonato, her step-daughter Sharon Brown, her brother Richard Stevenson, her grandchildren; Robert III, David Jr. "DJ", Emily, Jessica, Nicholas, Sara, Matthew, Tyler, and Sean, and her great grandson Tyler, Jr.
Friends may call on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 11:00AM to 1:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A. where funeral services will begin at 1:00PM. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery. The service will be live streamed on the obituary page and Stallings Funeral Home's Facebook page (click HERE).
