It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James "Teddy" Hansen, a beloved resident of Pasadena, Maryland. James departed this life on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, at the age of 61. He was born on August 16th, 1964, in Onslow County, North Carolina, and lived a life filled with love, laughter, and passion.

A proud graduate of high school in Erie, Pennsylvania, James dedicated his life to his craft as an auto mechanic. He worked for over a decade at Fesco Emergency Sales in Elkridge, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and customers until his illness forced him to retire.
Beyond his professional life, James was known for his vibrant and enthusiastic participation in the APA Pool League, where he was not just a competitor but also a source of inspiration to his fellow players. He had a profound love for boating, cars, and pool, and was an unwavering supporter of the Cincinnati Bengals, displaying his team spirit at every opportunity.
James was preceded in death by his loving parents, Richard C. Hansen and Caroline Sue Hansen, whom he has now joined. His legacy will continue through the countless lives he touched with his kindness, passion, and indomitable spirit.
