Howard S. Bardroff, 86, a lifelong resident of Pasadena, MD, died on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Accent Care at Medstar Harbor Hospital.
Mr. Bardroff was born September 3, 1937 in Baltimore, MD to the late Howard Bardroff, Sr., and Olive May Bardroff. He worked as a Painter in the Painters Union and worked on large buildings for several years. He was a member of the Maryland Yacht Club where he served as Commador and briefly, a member of the Masons. In his free time, Mr. Bardroff loved boating, fishing and being on the water. He owned several boats through the years and every so often would upgrade to a newer model. His last one was named "June Five" He was described as being very kind and always did things for other people because he genuinely wanted to, not because it was expected of him. His family always looked forward to going to his cookouts and would argue over who got the first steamed oysters at his self made oyster steaming station. He loved his family, met so many wonderful friends and was a wonderful father to his 2 sons. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bardroff is preceded in death by his beloved wife, June Bardroff; son Ronald "Skeeter" Bardroff and 3 siblings, Chuck, Kate and May. He is survived by his son, Chuck "Chucky" Bardroff and his wife Ginger; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
