Helen "Millie" Heath, born at home on Thursday, June 16, 1932, in Pasadena, MD, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the age of 93. A loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Millie was a guiding light in her family and community.
Millie was a proud alumna of Glen Burnie High School, graduating with the class of 1951. A devoted homemaker, she dedicated her life to her family and was actively involved in various organizations, most notably the Order of the Eastern Star and Mount Carmel United Methodist Church. She had a passion for gardening, finding joy in cultivating beauty around her home, and enjoyed the quiet challenge of word search puzzles.
Millie is predeceased by her beloved spouse, James E. Heath; her parents, Henry and Emmalee Williams; her brothers, Henry and Billy Williams; her sisters, Libby Schmidl, Emmalee Bortner, and Betty Raynor; and her son, Jamie.
She is survived by her devoted children: M. Roxanne (Joe) Hatcher of Pasadena, MD, Charlene (Randy) Cortright of Coral Springs, FL, and Charles N. Heath of Glen Burnie, MD. Millie also leaves behind her cherished grandson, Daulton (Kelly) Hatcher, and her great-grandsons, Cole, Tate, and Gage Hatcher, all of whom will lovingly remember her.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the afternoon and evening visitations at Stallings Funeral Home in Pasadena, MD, on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, respectively.
A funeral service to celebrate Millie's life will be held at Mount Carmel United Methodist Church in Pasadena, MD, on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
