Gladys Elliott Obituary

Gladys Fisher Elliott, 86, a resident of Maryland and formerly of Pennsylvania, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Locus Lodge Assisted Living.

Mrs. Elliott was born April 23, 1937 in Williamsburg, PA to the late Oliver and Dorothy Gorman. She worked as an Accountant until her retirement after many years of service. In her free time, she loved traveling and cooking for her family. She was a talented sewer and sewed clothes, curtains, and quilts. Like any Marylander, she loved to eat steamed crabs, especially on hot summer days. Above all, she loved her family.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Elliott is preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Elliott, daughter Vicky Fisher, brother, Marion Gorman and sisters, Dorothy Fried and Evelynn Robinette. She is survived by her sons, Richard Fisher and Russell Elliott; daughter, Terri Taylor; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Services and internment are private.
