Francis "Frank" Scott Evans

Francis "Frank" Scott Evans, 60, a 34-year resident of Pasadena went home to be with the Lord on December 28, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on December 5, 1963 to the late Curtis Lee Evans, Jr. and Sarah Evans in Silver Spring, Maryland and grew up in Laurel, Maryland.

Frank worked as a Facilities Security Specialist at NSA with 35 years of service before his retirement in 2019 and was an active member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Severna Park. In his spare time, he loved working on cars, tractors, fishing with his son, and riding steam trains with his son-in-law.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Jewl Evans (Collins), his children Wesley "Alex" Evans (Leda) and Anastasia "Staci" Flanagan (Matthew) as well as twin granddaughters Eleanor and Evelyn Evans and his grandson Ellis Evans.

Friends and family may visit on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 3:00 to 5:00 and again from 7:00 to 8:00. A funeral service will be held from 8:00 - 9:00 at Lighthouse Baptist Church (195 Ritchie Highway Severna Park, Maryland 21146). Private interment will be held at the Caroline Ellis Family Cemetery in Newland, North Carolina.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church by clicking HERE.
