Frances Naomi Petrinko, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished member of the Pasadena, MD community, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 22nd, 2024, at the age of 90. Born on September 9th, 1934, in Elvaton, MD, Frances lived a life filled with love, creativity, and dedication to her family and passions.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ada Horky; her loving spouses, Charles Herbert Daniel and Raymond Petrinko; and her daughter, Sharon D'Alfonzo. She is survived by her devoted sons, Chuck Daniel, Nick Petrinko, Dwight Daniel, and Terry Daniel, who will forever cherish her memory. She also leaves behind her dear sister, Bea Bubulka, 11 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren, all of whom were a central part of her life.
Frances found joy in crocheting, ceramics, and painting. She was an avid reader and embraced the outdoors, tending to her yard with her own hands. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, as she exemplified what it meant to be a caregiver, always prioritizing the well-being of her loved ones.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the Stallings Funeral Home in Pasadena, Maryland. A morning visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 pm. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
