Evelyn Hartman

Evelyn Hartman, 65, a 7 year resident of Farham, VA and formerly of Pasadena, passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 in her home. 

Ms. Hartman was born February 5, 1957 in Baltimore, MD to Ernest Hartman and the late Constance Hartman. She worked as for State Farm Insurance until her retirement. She loved to go camping in the mountains, reading and her dog, Rover. She was all about "country living" and enjoyed the peace and quiet of being surrounded by nature. 

In addition to her mother, Ms. Hartman is preceded in death by her son, Dennis Wayne King and 3 siblings. She is survived by her father, Ernest Hartman; companion of 17 years, Eddie Baker; son, Ernest John King; daughter, Tammy Lynn Schmidt and her husband Albert; sisters, Virgie Houser and her partner, Doug Seymour, Kathy Sullivan; grandchildren. Albert Edwin Schmidt, IV and Avery Bladen Storm Schmidt.

Friends may call Monday, May 2nd at from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 where a service will begin at 12:00 pm. Interment will take place immediately following funeral services at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
