Obituary

Edwin J. Tinsley, 80, a resident of Millersville, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie. 

Mr. Tinsley was born July 13, 1941 in Baltimore, MD to the late Dorothy Palmisano and late step father William Krauss. He worked in Maintenance for General Motors until his retirement. Described as a strong and silent man, Mr. Tinsley enjoyed the smaller things in life and would regularly indulge in watching old western movies as well as sports events. His favorite sports teams were the Ravens and Orioles. Recently he enjoyed taking trips to Rehobeth Beach in Delaware. 

Mr. Tinsley is survived by his daughters, Tracy Herold (Mark), Lisa Tinsley; sister, Linda Sawyer (Ken); grandchildren, Joshua Herold (Shelby), Luke Herold, Miraina Darpino; great grandchildren, Seth Herold, Ava Herold; nieces and nephews, Jason, Stacey, Adam; and great nieces and nephews, Justin, Tyler, Ethan, Leah, Sadie, Hudson and Caroline. 

Friends may call Friday, June 3rd from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 where a memorial service will take place at 7:30 pm. Interment is private.
