Dirk Mason, 56, a resident of Pasadena for over 20 years and formerly of Glen Burnie, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.
Mr. Mason was born December 9, 1964 in Germany to his parents Norman and Brigitte Mason. He served honorably in the US Marines from 1982 until 1988 during the Beruit and Granada Conflict. He went on to work as a manager of Bay Breeze Chem Dry. He was a member of Magothy United Methodist Church and of Glen Burnie Abundant Life. His hobbies included spending time with family, fishing, grilling, watching the Raven's and Orioles play and raising his pet snake.
Mr. Mason is survived by his parents Philip Hayslip, Brigitte Hayslip, fiance Tina Doyle, son Chase Mason, Christian Doyle, Phoenix Doyle, daughter Jessica Doyle, sister Judy McCleary and her husband David and their children Lauren and Jenna, sister Ginger Busch and her husband Steven and their children Kaylee, Taylor, and Brandon and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call Thursday, February 11th from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Stallings Funeral Home, 3111 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 where a service will begin at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery following the service.
