It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dianna Nescio, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, on Saturday, February 28, 2026 surrounded by her family. Born on June 24, 1957, in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, Dianna lived a life full of love, grace, and dedication to her family and community.
Dianna was a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Moylan, PA, and she obtained her Bachelors Degree from Penn State University. Professionally, she made her mark as a legal assistant, but her greatest role and joy in life were being a devoted mother and grandmother. She was known for her nurturing spirit, kindness, and unwavering support for her family.
Married to her beloved husband, John Nescio, for 46 wonderful years, Dianna's love for her family was the cornerstone of her life. She leaves behind four fabulous daughters: Christina, Jennifer (Mark C.), Lauren (Sam), and Elaine (Mario). Dianna's legacy extends to her eight adoring grandchildren: Victoria, Natalie, William, Annika, Gianluca, Viviana, Anthony, and Francesca.
She is survived by her mother Marion Fleischmann, her siblings, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond: Donna Long, Thomas Fleischmann, Dutch Fleischmann, Lisa Leake, and Betsy Doyle. Dianna was preceded in death by her father, Charles Fleischmann, and her brother, Dennis Fleischmann.
Dianna's life was a testament to her generous spirit. She found joy in gardening, cooking, and indulging in crime and love novels. Her presence was a constant at sporting events for her children and grandchildren. Dianna loved traveling, visiting museums, and cherished her moments on the boat and at the beach. She was a giver in every sense, always ready to lend a hand or a thoughtful gift, never expecting anything in return.
Friends and family are invited to a viewing at Stallings Funeral Home on Friday, March 6, 2026 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A viewing will also take place from 10:00 to 11:00 am on Saturday March 7, 2026 at Our Lady of the Chesapeake Catholic Church followed by a Mass of Christian Burial offered in honor of Dianna's life. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tate Cancer Center (Please select BWM Tate Cancer Center from the drop down list).
Dianna Nescio’s kindness, warmth, and dedication to her family and friends have left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her. She will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace, her legacy carried forward by those she loved so dearly.
